- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 Tbls. water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 4 thin lemon slices

- Mix flour, garlic, salt and coat chicken.
- Cook in butter. Remove and keep
- warm. Stir water, lemon juice and
- instant bouillon into skillen, loosening
- particles on bottom. Add lemon slices
- and heat over low heat for one minute.
- Pour broth over chicken, garnish with
- lemon slices.
