  2.   A short note before you start to use ccd.
  3.  
  4.   The reason why I included the source of ccd is simple: I want everyone
  5. to feel completely safe with ccd. If you think the executable might hide a
  6. link virus, and wish to recompile the source to get a brand new one, be my
  7. guest! That's the main reason.
  8.  
  9.   Another one is that you might want to patch ccd to customize it for your
  10. own use. Care must be taken here. As long as you don't distribute this
  11. modified version and use it for yourself and yourself only, I don't mind.
  12. In any other case, I'd appreciate to receive a note from you telling me
  13. what you changed, and maybe even what I would have to add if you think it
  14. represents an improvement.

  16.   However, the best solution, IMHO, is that you let me know what you wish
  17. to do and if I can do it, it will be with pleasure... This is just so that
  18. I keep ccd under control. I still have many ideas to improve ccd and it is
  19. very likely to change a lot in the coming months.
