  27.             The colored 'S' mark the positions, where  the  lines  of
  28.          the  serial letter file are inserted, if an serial letter is
  29.          to be printed.
  30.             The line in color 2 above the first 'S' is an example for
  31.          the use  of  color-codes  within  TextPlus.  In  the  print-
  32.          requester  color 2 is set to subscript and condensed on/off.
  33.          During the print-out the line  in  color  2  is  printed  in
  34.          subscript and condensed print.
  35.             If footnotes are printed, it is  up  to  you  to  provide
  36.          indices  hinting  at  the footnotes printed at the bottom of
  37.          the page
