  1. Lots of things have changed for this release.  Please read all
  2. of NewPop.doc, even if you are an old time NewPop user.
  3. The most important new feature is the user configuration
  4. file, [s:].newpoprc.  *NOTE*:  be sure to look at .newpoprc
  5. before running the new version of NewPop!
  6.  
  7. It makes me happy just to know you use and like NewPop.  I would
  8. like to hear from everyone who uses NewPop (and from people who
  9. see it, but decide not to use it).  This is not guiltware, this is
  10. totally free software (see newpop.doc for more information).  If you
  11. decide you want to do something nice for me and you live in the
  12. ChicagoLand area, you could take me out for a pizza sometime. :-)
