  15. TCL was developed by UC Berkeley prof Dr. John Ousterhout; this
  16. alpha-2 version for Ami is from Hackercorp in Texas.

  18. TCL (pronounced 'tickle') incorporates many of the ideas found in
  19. ARexx IPC. These ideas are all new to Unix, but for the Amiga it's
  20. close but no cigar.
