  41. All of this is public domain and freely redistributable.  I would
  42. suggest including some, if not all, of it with your UUCP distribution.
  43. I feel that the Netiquette directory is REQUIRED READING for anyone
  44. capable of posting news.  The order in which I listed them is a fairly
  45. logical reading sequence.

  47. Also, anyone who is thinking of writing any UUCP code should be
  48. conversant with the RFCs in the Protocol directory.  Perhaps that
  49. should be included with your source distribution.
