  9. Welcome to MED V2.13. First I should note that this file contains some
  10. important information, so please read this file carefully before doing
  11. anything else.
  12.  
  13. MED is a music editor, which is originally designed for making music
  14. for programs (demos, games etc..), but it works well as a stand-alone
  15. music program too. MED was originally a SoundTracker-clone, but I have
  16. added much features that SoundTracker/NoiseTracker has never heard about...
  17.

  55. MED V2.13 is not public domain like V2.00/2.01 was. I don't want that it
  56. affects the life of normal users in any way. I want that it affects
  57. the life of those who are planning to SELL MED. If you see somebody
  58. selling MED with higher prices than Fish/Amiganuts PD,please contact me.
