While you're sitting at your Amiga, programming, playing a game or just
writting a letter to Mom, you may be listening to the radio or TV. And
now that the winter is upon us, the announcer may say "...it's fifteen
degrees outside, and the wind is blowing at 15 miles per hour from the
west..."
Well, using 'wc', now you know that the windchill is approx. -7 degrees!

1> wc TEMPERATURE WINDSPEED

In this version of wc, a very simple equation is used to determine the
windchill. It appears to give slightly incorrect results when using a
large temperature (either positive or negative) and a low wind speed.
If anyone knows the BEST formula for determining windchill, I would be
