  4.     now that the winter is upon us, the announcer may say "...it's fifteen
  5.     degrees outside, and the wind is blowing at 15 miles per hour from the
  6.     west..."

  8.     Well, using 'wc', now you know that the windchill is approx. -7 degrees!

  19.     In this version of wc, a very simple equation is used to determine the
  20.     windchill. It appears to give slightly incorrect results when using a
  21.     large temperature (either positive or negative) and a low wind speed.
