  9. I know that I have said many times in the last 4 months that it would be
  10. finished real soon now, but after much procrastination, here it is.

  12. I'm sending it in two parts.  Strip off the header, unshar it, join the
  13. two pieces together, uudecode it, use zoo to extract the files.

  15. We have put a lot of effort into PLT:, and since we did not write it to make
  16. a profit, but merely for an ego boost, we would like to know approximately
  17. how many people use (or merely don't throw away) PLT: and what they think
  18. about it.  It would be appreciated if anyone using PLT: would send such
