  3. UPDATER  : Converts old ShamView 1.0 format pictures to IFF SHAM format.
  4. UNLACE   : Used to fix some GIF format pictures so they can be processed
  5.        by GIFTOTMP.  GIFTOTMP will tell you if you need to use this.

  7. README.UPDATE : The file you're reading now.

  9. Updater is not in the public domain. Please distribute it freely on
  10. bulletin boards and electronic services, but do not place it on public
  11. domain or shareware disk collections. (Go ahead and spread the programs to
  12. your friends, just make sure no money changes hands.)
