  1. This is a port of the chess game posted to USENET

  3. I wrote a fake curses so it would run like the UN*X version

  5. Anyone who would like to AMIGAIZE it can have at it, I would like
  6. to use mouse to make moves instead of "e2e4" but I didn't have time
  7. also someone could make graphic peices and boards

  12. On the other hand it plays a good game, I can't beat it and I can beat 
  13. some of the "pretty mouse oriented" programs on the amiga
