  1. Runes Font:

  3.        The RUNE font included herein is the authentic Anglo-saxon runes
  4.     used before Christianity came to Great Britain. There are 31 runic
  5.         characters in this font, and in most cases they are associated
  6.         with the alphanumeric character they most closely approximate.
  7.         Several are associated with characters that were merely convenient
  8.         as no single simple english equivalent exists. I did not include
  9.         them in the usual futhorc order to facilitate transliteration of
  10.         names and the like.

  13.         The characters are located on the following keys:F,U,p,O,R,C,G,W,H,N,
  14.         I,J,Z,P,X,S,T,B,E,M,L,n,D,o,A,a,Y,e,g,K,k. This list is in
  15.         futhorc order.

  17. Installation: Execute the executeme file. Put the runes directory and the
  18.               runes.font file in the fonts directory.    
  19.         
  20. CAUTION: Runes have mystical and strange powers. Certain combinations
  21.          represent words of power. It is not wise to play around with
  22.      random combinations of runes as the results of inadvertent
  23.      supernatural combinations is unpredictable. The accidental
  24.      summoning of otherworld forces has occurred and is very hazardous.
