  5. Introduction:
  6.     Wallpaper Randomizer 2.0 is a Windows 3.1 utility that will
  7. change the wallpaper of your Windows background to a different,
  8. randomly selected bitmap at regular intervals.  It is offered as
  9. Freeware; there is no registration fee.
  10.  
  11. Brief Instructions:
  12.     You must be in Windows to run Wallpaper Randomizer.  You can
  13. run it either from File Manager, the File:Run menu item in
  14. Program Manager, or from a Program Manager group window.  The
  15. best way to use would be to include it on your 'load=' line in
  16. your WIN.INI file.  Please see the file WALLRAND.WRI for further
  17. instructions and cautions before running.
