Programmer's Workshop for Windows is a templete for windows programmers, It shows
all the resolutions available on your screen:
1. 320,200
2. 640,200
3. 640,350
4. 640,400
5. 640,480
6. 720,348
7. 800.600
8. 1024,768
9. 1280,1024
10. 1280.1280
The Forms Shown are not windows Forms But do have similar conventions:
The small box in the upper left hand side will close the Ruler, About,
and Colors Box, and exit the application if on the main menu.
The Bar on top to hold mouse button on and move the box.
The menu has the following options
1. Minimize, to minimize the program to an Icon, To get the program back, you
need to double click the Icon
2. Ruler, will show a Ruler tha has the Following
a. Twip Scale
b. Inch Scale
c. Point Scale (for fonts)
d. Pica Scale
e. Pixel Scale (note that the pixel scale will vary between various
Graphics Drivers)
f. A Line crosssing all the above scale that moves as you move the mouse
inside the ruler box.
g. A numeric Conversion between the above scales as you move the mouse
inside the ruler Box.
h. Right and left Buttons make the ruler bigger or smaller.
3. Color, to change the background and forground colors for the resolution's lines
4. About, Shows the About box
5. Exit, to exit the application
Note to exit any form double click the small box in the upper left corner.
I created this application to help me program for different resolutions and do
easy conversions between Scales. So if you have any suggestions or comments please
