- About the Talking Moose. Version 2.0
-
-
-
- When the Moose is first installed, its program
-
- code gets copied into the System Heap. This allows
-
- the Moose to stay active even if you quit an
-
- application. The Moose requires 2 files to be
-
- present in the System Folder: "MacinTalkΓäó", and
-
- "Moose Phrases". MacinTalk is a file from Apple
-
- that produces the speech. Moose Phrases contains
-
- phrases which you can add to and edit.
-
-
-
- If the "Auto-Startup" checkbox is ON, the Moose
-
- will be installed automatically during the next
-
- ReBoot. If "Reserve SysHeap" is ON, then space
-
- in the system heap is reserved for the Moose to
-
- be installed later. (This may not be needed.)
