You activate the menu by clicking in the menu bar either to the left the Apple menu or the right of the MultiFinder icon. You can also activate the menu by holding down certain modifier keys and clicking anywhere in the menu bar (or optionally anywhere on the screen) You configure this feature by holding down the desired modifiers and clicking in the rectangle or typing non-modifier key.
