  2.               CLOSET CHRISTIANS

  4.      Are you an undercover Christian?  Do you think that
  5. the people around you at work or at school or anywhere else
  6. would think you were "weird", if they knew that Jesus
  7. Christ is the Savior and the Lord of your life?
  8.  
  9.      In the gospel of John, we read that "many even of the
  10. rulers believed in Jesus, but because of the Pharisees they
  11. were not confessing him, lest they should be put out of the
  12. synagogue; for they loved the approval of men rather than
  13. the approval of God." (John 12:42-43)
  14.  
  15.      It was mainly in the synagogue that the rulers were
  16. plotting how to trap and kill Jesus.  Identifying yourself
  17. out loud as a "Jesus Person" will save you out of a lot of
  18. uncomfortable and tempting situations.  It may bring you
  19. some scorn, but it also will bring you respect from folk
  20. who will admire you for voicing your convictions.

  22.      "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he has
  23. redeemed from the hand of the adversary." (Ps 107:2)

  25.      In other words, let the Lord's redeemed TALK about it!
