  2.           "GOD WON'T SEND ANYBODY TO HELL"

  4.      "Oh, I don't believe in Hell.  I think Hell is right
  5. here on earth, don't you?"
  6.  
  7.      Jesus of Nazareth obviously did not think that,
  8. because He said about twice as much about Hell during His
  9. earthly ministry as He did about Heaven.  Speaking of
  10. Himself as the Son of Man on Judgment Day, Jesus said:
  11.      "Then He will say to those on the left hand, 'Depart
  12. from Me you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for
  13. the devil and his angels...'" (Matthew 25:41 NKJ)
  14.  
  15.      Jesus Christ did not die primarily as a martyr or as
  16. an example.  He was not duped or trapped.  A careful
  17. reading of the gospels will show any number of ways that
  18. Jesus could have avoided the cross.  It was not a surprise.
  19. He repeatedly and frequently predicted to His disciples His
  20. death by crucifixion, along with His purpose, "as a RANSOM
  21. for many" (Mark 10:45).

  23.      He died to purchase salvation effectively for all who
  24. would put their faith in Him, so that they would not have
  25. to go to Hell.

  27.      If Hell does not exist, then the death of Jesus was
  28. entirely pointless.  BUT IT WASN'T!
  29.  
  30.      We urge you to read the Gospel of Matthew for
  31. yourself.  Count how many times the Lord Jesus and others
  32. refer to Hell or the lake of fire or the place of weeping
  33. and gnashing of teeth.  Count for yourself the number of
  34. times the Lord Jesus predicted His own death, burial and
  35. resurrection, and what He said the purpose was.

  37.      Put your faith in the Messiah of Israel, who died as
  38. the Suffering Servant, the Lamb of God, to redeem His
  39. people, to save every Jew or Gentile who would trust in
  40. Him.
  41.  
  42.      Then, you won't have to go to that place you didn't
  43. want to believe in.
  44.  
  45.      We guarantee that someday, you too will believe in
  46. Hell.
  47.      Sooner or later.
