  3.    A little known firm which specializes in analyzing candidates for
  4. management positions in various organizations recently uncovered some
  5. old files which throw some interesting light on what some might
  6. consider essential skills and abilities for Christian service. I quote
  7. from the report:

  13.    Dear sir,

  15.    Thank you for submitting the resumes of the twelve men you have
  16. picked for positions in your new organization. All of them have now
  17. taken our battery of tests; and we have not only run the results
  18. through our computer, but also arranged personal interviews for each of
  19. them with our psychologist and vocational aptitude consultant.
  20.  
  21.    It is the staff opinion that most of your nominees are lacking in
  22. background, education and vocational aptitude for the type of
  23. enterprise you are undertaking. They do not have the team concept. We
  24. would recommend that you continue your search for persons of experience
  25. in managerial ability and proven capability.
  26.  
  27.    Simon Peter is emotionally unstable and given to fits of temper.
  28. Andrew has absolutely no qualities of leadership. The two brothers,
  29. James and John, place personal interest above company loyalty. Thomas
  30. demonstrates a questioning attitude that would tend to undermine
  31. morale. We feel that it is our duty to tell you that Matthew has been
  32. blacklisted by the Greater Jerusalem Better Business Bureau. James, the
  33. son of Alphaeus, and Thaddeaus definitely have radical leanings, and
  34. they both register a high score on the manic depressive scale.

  36.    One of the candidates, however, shows great potential. He is a man
  37. of ability and resourcefulness, meets people well, has a keen business
  38. mind and has contacts in high places. He is highly motivated, ambitious
  39. and responsible. We recommend Judas Iscariot as your controller and
  40. right-hand man.
