  1. INS:What have you done since?

  5.    If anyone desires to come after Me, let him...follow Me. Matt.16:24
  6. While attending Oxford University, a young medical student named
  7. Wilfred Grenfell heard D.L.Moody preach in London. As a result of the
  8. message, he was converted to Jesus Christ. After Grenfell completed his
  9. education, he went to the Labrador Peninsula in Canada as a missionary.
  10. Several years later when he saw Moody agaain, he introduced himself to
  11. the evangelist and thanked him for leading him to Christ. Moody
  12. replied, "I'm glad to hear that, but what have you been doing since?"
  13. Dr. Grenfell told him with great joy how he had been serving the Lord
  14. in Labrador. "Do you have any regrets?" Moody asked him. "No, "
  15. Grenfell answered. "The only regret is for the person who comes to
  16. Christ for salvation, but then does nothing for Him."

  18.    Sometimes when believers give their testimonies they speak in
  19. glowing terms of having received Christ 20, 30, or 40 years ago. We
  20. rejoice, of course, whenever we hear of the saving and keeping power of
  21. Christ. But an even greater blessing is shared when fellow believers
  22. tell about how they have been serving the Lord, not only down through
  23. the years but also at the present.

  25.    If you have come to Christ for salvation, that's wonderful. But the
  26. important question now is the one Moody asked Dr. Grenfell:"What have
  27. you been doing since?" Jesus said, "By this My Father is glorified,
  28. that you bear much fruit"(John 15:8). That's what we should be doing!

  32. And ask Him this question each morning: "Lord, what will You have me to
  33. do?"
