  12.    DON'T REGUARD ONE DAY (SABBATH?) ABOVE ANOTHER UNLESS YOU AGREE WITH

  19.    WE DO THAT WHICH WE AGREE WITH. WE WILL NOT DO WHAT WE DON'T FULLY
  20. BELIEVE WILL GIVE US THE GREATEST BENEFIT. THIS IS WHY THE WHOLE WORLD
  21. DOESN'T FOLLOW GOD,- THEY DON'T AGREE WITH HIM!

  23.    PRO 16:25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end

  26.    THE REASON MEN TRAVEL THE ROAD OF THE WAYS OF DEATH IS BECAUSE IT
  27. SEEMETH RIGHT TO THEM. THEY SEE IT AS BEING THE WAY OF HAPPINESS.

  29.    IN REALITY, GOD WANTS THE SAME THING WE DO, WE WANT TO LIVE LIFE TO
  30. THE FULLEST AND BE HAPPY. THE FUNNY THING IS THAT GOD DOES TO! THE
  31. DIFFERENCE IS: WE HAVE DIFFERENT METHODS IN OBTAINING IT! THE WORLD
  32. DOES NOT AGREE WITH GOD WHEN HE GIVES THEM "THE LAW OF LIBERTY", PEOPLE
  33. SEE IT AS A LAW OF CAN'TS, "I CAN'T DO THIS, I CAN'T DO THAT". GOD SAYS
  34. THIS ABOUT IT:

  36.    ISA 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:
  37. though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though
  38. they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

  40.    GOD SAYS TO THE REBELLIOUS SINNER: "LET'S REASON THIS OUT". THERE IS
  41. A GOOD REASON THE SINNER IS SINNING,- HE DOESN'T SEE EYE TO EYE WITH
  42. GOD!

  46.    THE BOOK, "STEPS TO CHRIST", pg. 43 PUTS IT THIS WAY:

  49. upon a blind submission, an unreasoning control. It appeals to the
  50. intellect and the conscience. "Come now, and let us reason together" is
  51. the creator's invitation to the beings He has made. Isaiah 1:18. God
  52. does not force the will of His creatures. He cannot accept an homage
  53. that is not willingly and intelligently given.

  55.    IN SEEING A BIBLICAL PRINCIPLE, IT IS NO GOOD AT ALL TO DO WHAT GOD
  56. SAYS JUST BECAUSE GOD SAID IT. YOU WOULD BE A MERE ROBOT AND SUPPORT
  57. SATAN IN HIS ASSERTION THAT GOD IS AN UNREASONABLE TYRANT. YOU CANNOT
  58. TRULY OBEY GOD UNLESS YOU AGREE WITH HIM. FOR THIS REASON DAVID SAID:

  60.    PSA 119:144 The righteousness of thy testimonies [is] everlasting:
  61. give me understanding, and I shall live.

  63.    UNDERSTANDING IS NECCESSARY TO LIVE! GOD DOES HIS WORK FROM THE
  64. INSIDE OUT. HE WORKS WITH THE MIND, THAT IN TURN CONTROLS THE BODY. ALL
  65. "OBEDIENCE" IS NOTHING MORE THAN THE FRUIT OF THE MIND BROUGHT INTO
  66. AGREEMENT WITH GOD:

  68.    ROM 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed
  69. by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good,
  70. and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

  72.    WHEN WE ATTEMPT TO "NOT BE CONFORMED TO THE WORLD", WE ALWAYS START
  73. CLEANING UP THE OUTWARD ACTS, REFRAIN FROM MOVIES, PUT AWAY THE MAKEUP,
  74. ETC.. THESE THINGS ARE GOOD, BUT SCRIPTURE TELLS US *HOW* TO DO IT! BE
  75. TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND!!! THIS IS WHERE GOD WORKS
  76. FROM THE INSIDE OUT!! HE CHANGES YOUR MIND, THEN THE OUTWARD ACTS ARE
  77. THE FRUIT OF AN AGREEING HEART.

  79.    JER 31:33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the
  80. house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in
  81. their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their
  82. God, and they shall be my people.
  83.  
  84.    JER 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and
  85. every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know
  86. me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD:
  87. for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no
  88. more.

  90.    THE LAW OF GOD IS TO BE WRITTEN UPON THE HEART, WITHIN MAN, NOT TO
  91. BE PUSHED ON HIM FROM WITHOUT. THE WORD OF GOD IS TO BECOME AN INTEGRAL
  92. PART OF MAN, TO BE TAKEN WITHIN AND MADE A PART OF HIMSELF, OTHERWISE,
  93. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WHAT IT SAYS. PEOPLE CONTINUE IN CERTAIN SINS
  94. EVERY DAY FOR ONE SIMPLE REASON. OH YES, IT IS A STRUGGLE, "I JUST
  95. CAN'T GET THE VICTORY OVER THIS ONE," BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT YOU DON'T
  96. AGREE WITH IT. YOU MAY AGREE IN PART THAT IT IS NOT RIGHT, BUT YOU
  97. DON'T SEE LIFE IN IT. YOU DON'T SEE ANY JOY, HAPPINESS, OR BENEFIT IN
  98. IT. THIS IS ALL THE MORE REASON TO KEEP OURSELVES IN THE WORD, THAT WE
  99. MAY PARTAKE OF THE MIND OF GOD, TO HAVE HIS THOUGHTS, HIS WAY OF
  100. THINKING.

  102.    MAT 4:4 But he answered and said, {It is written, Man shall not live
  103. by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of
  104. God.}

  106.    DEU 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and
  107. in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be
  108. as frontlets between your eyes.

  110.    DEU 11:19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them
  111. when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way,
  112. when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

  114.    OUR JOB IS TO BRING ALL THAT WE CAN TO KNOW GOD, TO UNDERSTAND HIS
  115. WAY, TO DISPLAY HIS GLORY, THAT ALL MAY COME TO COMPLETE AGREEMENT WITH
  116. THEIR CREATOR, AND ACCEPT WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR US.
