  3. I failed You today,
  4. It wasn't planned, it only happened that way
  5. I thought I was strong,
  6. But I see now, that I was wrong.
  7. The world and its follies lured me in,
  8. The battle with temptation has now become sin.
  9. I hang my head with guilt and shame,
  10. Satan has beaten me in another game.
  11. My strength is as nothing in these battles I face,
  12. The victory is won, only by Your grace.
  13. God, help me remember it is You, and You alone,
  14. And not by any efforts of my own.
  15. Thank You, God, for the strength You provide.
  16. Thank You, God, for never leaving, but always being at my side.
  17.
