BBB:Correcting the Greek With the English
Apostasy means, briefly, "to fall away from a standing position." It
is characterized by one clear and lucid mannerism. The apostate
professes to believe something he does not believe. Right now, while
you are reading this, they are training "preacher boys" at Bob Jones,
Tennessee Temple, Pensacola Christian College, and Baptist Bible
College to openly profess to believe in a Book they do not believe in.
This is for the purpose of occupying pulpits. Their forerunners in
Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Cambridge, Union, Colgate, and Crozier openly
professed to believe in the Trinity--as a matter of fact, they had to
do this when they were ordained--in order to get into pulpits. They got
in, and, of course, they believed nothing of the kind. That is what an
APOSTATE is.
In America, you have two kinds of Fundamentalists: Bible believing
Fundamentalists who believe that the Bible they read, teach, and preach
is the Holy Scriptures--the living words of the living God; and
apostate Fundamentalists who use and preach the same Book, without
believing it. They "call it" the "Word of God"--meaning it contains a
message from God. (See "The Last Grenade" for 280 pages of documented
evidence.) The apostate is easy to spot; he USES the Greek to correct
the English and the English to correct the GREEK, without believing
either one.
At BJU, for example, in order to con the suckers, they post a notice
behind the pulpit (where the suckers can't read it) saying "Use only
the KJV from this pulpit." This means that every speaker who spoke at
BJU in the last thirty years got up and CORRECTED a Greek New Testament
with a King James Bible on every verse that he quoted the entire time
he was there, unless he deliberately stopped in his discourse, and
corrected the Book he was "using" with something he didn't have in the
pulpit. It means that when you read The Sword of the Lord and see the
pretty little scriptural quotations throughout the paper, that the
editor has put them in, knowing that not one single one of them is
"SCRIPTURE." Curtis Hutson has already stated that "The Bible" is an
unknown set of Greek manuscripts that he does not use in any pulpit.
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God," (2 Tim. 3:16).
The latest con man's "gimmick" for covering up this obvious LYING,
is to pretend that you are still a Bible believer as long as you "call"
some translation "the scripture," or "the word of God." Most of the
apostates resort to a statement by the King James translators in their
Preface to PROVE that you can lie in public. This is SOP in the
Alexandrian Cult. Appealing to "godly" men to justiy LYING is as SOP
with an Alexandrian as a martini is to a drunk. Anyone who has read our
Appendices on "The Pastoral Epistles" knows the lengths that an
Alexandrian apostate will go to justify sin. They all have "AIDS"
(Alexandrian Idiots Degrading Scripture).
Those of us who BELIEVE the Book never have any pangs of conscience
or qualms of indecision when we read or preach the AV text in public,
or private. We know what we are reading. We are not really even "using"
it. We are reading it. And we believe what we are reading, and expect
our congregations to believe what we are reading. Not so with an
Alexandrian like Bob Jones III, Custer, Panosian, Neal, Afman, Martin,
Melton, Price, Hutson, Hudson, Waite, Kutilek, or Robert Scumner. These
gentlemen are reading from a Book they "CALL" the "Word" of God, while
not believing ANYTHING in it they disagree with, and they are giving
you the impression that they believe it just like you do--WHEN THEY
DON'T.
Now then! These same men profess to be so interested in getting THE
TRUTH out to you (so that you will not be "led astray" by "Ruckmanism"
or "King James Onlyism") that they will go to ANY length to prove that
if you don't believe what they believe (i.e., that you can lie when you
use a Book you don't believe!) that you are involved in falsehood--an
heretical "cult."
Well now, bless my soul, you ungodly hypocrites! If you are that
interested in getting the TRUTH out to people, and are that concerned
that they be not "misled," why are you not correcting all the falsehood
and errors in the AV text that you are preaching from, everytime you
get in the pulpit? Are you telling us that it is "godly" to lie to
people everytime you get in the pulpit as long as you "straighten them
out" later in a classroom--IF they go to a school?
That's the ticket, boys and girls; that's the ticket. ($$$)
The Bible believer is a "heretic" for being HONEST. The Alexandrian
passes off as a "Bible believer" because he is DISHONEST. That is the
ticket. ($$$)
But why waste your time with preaching? Let us come to the point. I
will list the places where every man mentioned above (plus Provan,
Hymers, Dell, Jennings, Sherman, Combs, Horton, Hobbs, Foxx, Farstad,
Hodges, and Walker, et al.) lied EVERYTIME he read the AV in public,
unless he stopped on the average of TWO times per verse and "corrected
the English with the original Greek." If he did not do this when he
READ these passages, he deliberately deceived his audience, classroom,
or congregation into believing they were getting the truth when they
were not. And you understand we have no "tensions" about this. When we
read the Book in the same places we knew we were giving them the truth,
the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. We don't have to "call"
anything we are reading anything; God already "called" it (2 Tim.
3:15-17).
Here are some places. I list twenty-seven out of more than four
hundred.
John 9:13--There is no "was" in any Greek text. There is no past
tense (brought) in any Greek text.
John 8:21--The article is in every Greek text (ho), and is
translated nowhere. There are two "I's" in the verse ("I," "I am
going"), and only one is translated in any version.
Matthew 1:18--There is no "with child" in any set of any Greek
manuscripts from any copies of any Greek in any "family" or "text type."
Matthew 6:1--There are no Greek copies or Greek manuscripts that say
"heaven." They all have the word in the plural ("heavens").
Matthew 7:21--Same thing. There is no singular "heaven" in ANY Greek
manuscripts.
Matthew 8:23--There is no "when" (Greek: pote, hos, en to) in any
Greek manuscript of any copy of any family of any "text type," ANYWHERE.
Matthew 9:1--Same construction, and this time the AV left out the
"when."
First Corinthians 8:1--There is no "touching" in ANY Greek
manuscript on earth. The word for "touching" is "haptomai," or
"prospsauo," or "pselaphao." The word "peri" means "concerning."
Philippians 1:12--There is no "fallen out" in any Greek manuscripts
used by any Greek teacher to correct any translation with. The word is
"proskopen," which means "to beat" or to "stumble."
Hebrews 10:11--The word is "dunatai" ("never at any time is it
able") not "can." Furthermore, ALL Greek texts are in error on the
number, for dunatai is a SINGULAR and the subject "sacrifices" (Greek:
an accusative, "THUSIAS") is a plural. All the apostates correct the
Greek with the English.
James 5:12--There is an article before "any other" in ALL the Greek
texts (ton heteron). It is not read from ANY pulpit where ANYONE reads
the "AV" and "calls" it "the Word of God."
Hebrews 10:19--There is no "holiest" in any set of Majority Text
copies or ANY TR set of copies. "Ton hagion" is "of the HOLIES"
(genitive plural). "Having therefore brethren, boldness into the
entering of the holies."
Hebrews 4:13--Every Greek copy of every Majority Text (or TR "Greek
text") says "enopion," which means "before," or "in front of." All
people who "USE" the AV while "calling it" the Word of God correct the
Greek with the English at this point.
Hebrews 2:6--An interrogative of place "where?" "what place?" not "A
CERTAIN PLACE." The word for a "place," as a certain place, is "topos"
or "entopios."
Titus 3:2--The "speak evil" of the AV is clearly (in ANY set of
Greek manuscripts, from any family--including ALL the "majority text"
manuscripts) "NEITHER BLASPHEMERS" (Greek: "medena blasphemeian").
Titus 1:2--Anyone knows that "God that cannot lie" is correcting all
Greek texts with the English, for all Greek texts say "ho apseudes
Theos"--"the unlying (or unfalse) God."
Second Timothy 3:1--There is no "come" in the verse. The word for
"come" is not "enstesontai." That word means "present," or "at hand,"
or to "stand close to."
Every time these apostate Fundamentalists corrected the Greek
(teknon) with the English ("son"--Matt. 9:2, 21:28; Mark 2:5, 13:12;
Luke 2:48, 1:35; 1 Tim. 1:2, 1:18; 2 Tim. 1:2, 2:1; and Titus 1:4),
they forgot to tell you that the word for "son" was "huios"--NOT
"teknon."
Now! There are twenty-five cases (with more coming up!) where every
apostate Fundamentalist in America gave you a FALSE reading which he
did not believe, in order to convince you that he was a Bible believer.
When YOU gave the same reading--believing it was correct in the
English--that sorry, low down, stinking, two-faced reprobate (and I say
that with Christian charity) called you a "Ruckmanite" (Hymers), or a
"heretic" (Hudson), or a cult (Bob Jones III).
There doesn't exist on this earth a more two-faced, double-tongued,
false manifestation of hypocrisy unless you went to the Vatican in Rome
to find it. The man used YOUR BOOK that you believed and made you think
he believed it when he read it, while knowing all the information I
listed above--AS I HAVE KNOWN IT FOR THIRTY-SIX YEARS-- and still
refused to give you the truth on it.
Apostasy. That is apostasy, per se: To profess to believe what you
do NOT believe. When I read the AV on any passage given above, I read
it with the utmost confidence that what I am giving my students and
church members is the PURE, unadulterated words of God, exactly as God
intended for them to have them. If they disagree with "the Greek text"
(see above), I simply discard "the Greek text."
The apostates RETAIN the Greek text, without believing it, and then
USE the English text without believing it either. ($$$)
"The love of money Is the root of all evll" (King James ONLY: 1 Tim.
6:10).
Hell will freeze over before God will send revival or spiritual
refreshing through the student bodies of any school in America where
that kind of GODLESS (not "godly") HYPOCRISY is being practised. "Be
not deceived, God is not mocked," even if the Book is, and the young
men who believe it. You won't fool God Almighty, you old two-faced,
hypocritical, false-tongued apostate, and you won't fool someone else
either. You won't fool a man who has READ everything you've read and
more (see "Much Learning Doth Make Thee Mad" in The Christians'
Handbook of Biblicl Scholarship"). You won't fool old junk yard dog
Pete Ruckman, SN 0927153.
