  2.                 The following instruction will install the
  3.                       video drivers for Windows 3.0
  4. =============================================================================

  6.  
  7. step 1 - If you have already installed Windows 3.0 on your system, goto next
  8.          step. You do NOT have to reinstall Windows again to change driver,
  9.          otherwise run 'setup' from the Microsoft Windows Disk 1 and follow
  10.          instruction from step 4 when System Information list is displayed
  11.  
  12. step 2 - Go to the directory where you have installed Windows 3.0
  13.  
  14. step 3 - Type 'setup' in DOS prompt and ENTER
  15.  
  16. step 4 - Select the 'Display:' option from the System Information list using
  17.          the UP and DOWN ARROW key and press ENTER
  18.  
  19. step 5 - Scroll to the bottom of the list displayed using the DOWN ARROW key
  20.  
  21. step 6 - Select 'Other' in the list and press ENTER
  22.  
  23. step 7 - Type in the correct full pathname of the OEM distribution disk if
  24.          the default path shown is wrong
  25.  
  26. step 8 - Select the desire driver from the list defined in the OEM disk and
  27.          press ENTER
  28.  
  29. step 9 - Choose 'Accept configuration shown above' and press ENTER to execute
  30.          the 'Complete Changes' process
  31.  
  32. step 10- If you are installing Windows for the first time follow the screen
  33.          message to continue the installation process, otherwise you would be
  34.          back in DOS
  35.

  38. NOTE:
  39.     1 - You can NOT run the 'Setup' within Windows itself.
  40.  
  41.     2 - The colors.exe file is a windows program which will display the
  42.         total colors available with the driver you have chosen.
