  1. SMDOOR19 was authored by John Qualtrough for use on Waterfront West Wildcat!
  2. BBS, here is southern New Mexico.  John's intention was to write a "generic"
  3. search-type door that could be used to allow a user to search various kinds
  4. of lists or databases.  For example, a user can search a list of local
  5. radio scanner freqencies for those related to "FIRE".  Or a list of
  6. movies on video.  Or new books in a library.  Whatever list a sysop might
  7. want to make available as a door.
  8.      John's program is written in QuickBASIC 4.5, but does not require
  9.      a copy of BRUN.  It's been running 4 doors for over a month as of
  10.      March 29, 1990, on a single-node Wildcat! 2.1 board.
  11. To try out the doors in action, phone 505-523-4528 8-N-1 300 to 9600
  12. bps USR HST, open board, full privileges first call.

  16. The program has not yet been tested on a multi-node Wildcat!, and if
