  4.                       Announces a Cover Contest!

  7.  That's right, design a cover for an issue of ModemNews Magazine, and
  8.    if yours is chosen it will appear in an issue of the Magazine!!!
  9.  
  10. 1) Design a cover less than 10K in size.
  11.  
  12. 2) Cover should be in ANSI format.
  13.  
  14. 3) Covers may be designed using any graphics tools such as
  15.    TheDraw, Ansipaint, or any other method including Turbo C, Assembly,
  16.    Basic, etc. that will display using the DOS 'type' command on ANY
  17.    monitor, color or monochrome. (72 column limit)
  18.  
  19.  4) Send your cover to any official ModemNews NewsStand, or to
  20.    ModemNews OnLine (516) 679-0674.  Include Source code (if any), Name,
  21.    BBS, and city, and State.  Also include name of graphics program if
  22.    one was used.  If cover is sent to a NewsStand, please leave a note
  23.    for the SysOp so that he can make sure we receive!
