ocr: The lunction "getc( - is macro defined in "stdio.h". When "getc(ifp)is invoked, it gets the next character from the file pointed to by "ifp". The value EOFIS returned by "gete()" when there are n0 more characters in the file. A "char" is stored in 11 byte, and an "int" is typically stored in either 2 or 41 bytes.
