  1. ThesDB Thesaurus Database Demonstration Program

  4. Welcome to the ThesDB Demonstration program!
  5.  
  6. To demonstrate ThesDB, we built a general-purpose thesaurus
  7. application programs for Windows (THESDEMO.EXE). The Windows demo
  8. calls ThesDB implemented as a Windows DLL (THESDB16.DLL).
  9.  
  10. To use THESDEMO.EXE, run it from Program Manager or File Manager.
  11. Enter words you want to look up in the Word field, then
  12. press the Look Up button. Major word categories matching the key
  13. word are shown in the Categories list. Select an
  14. item in this list, and synonyms are shown in the Synonyms
  15. list. If you want antonyms (oppostites) included in searches,
  16. check the Antonyms box.
