  9.    This application is a standard File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client 
  10.    application for Windows Sockets.  The user interface for this FTP 
  11.    client is designed with the novice FTP user in mind.  Usage should 
  12.    be obvious.  For more information on FTP please refer to the many
  13.    different NETNEWS groups or one of the recent books on the Internet.
  14.    WS_FTP32 is the 32 bit version of WS_FTP for Windows NT, Windows 95
  15.    and Windows 3.x with Win32s.
