  4. This tool calculates a given length in seconds of
  5. an audio sample into temp in BPM and reverse. You
  6. can also adjust Number of measures and beat resolution.
  7.  
  8. Also included a calculator for time/tempo stretch rate
  9. calculation if you want to adjust tempo or time to a
  10. fixed value (e.g. matching to the tempo of a sequencer song).
  11.  
  12. Length can be read directly from wave files.
  13.  
  14. Windows 95 required.
