  2. This version of the AxelPlayer is FREEWARE.

  4. AccelWare also grants permission to distribute this FREEWARE version
  5. of the AxelPlayer under the following terms:
  6. 1. You must include all of the files listed in vendinfo.diz
  7. 2. You must make it clear that the AxelPlayer is FREEWARE.

  10. AxelPlayer IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  11. KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  12. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  13. OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  14. THIS SOFTWARE.

  17. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  18. licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
