  10.     Virtual Merchant is a World Wide Web Online Store Front System.  Highly
  11. Configurable and can be run WITHOUT CGI or other Server Side accesses. Features

  14.  * Creates HTML 'on the fly' Main Menu Page, Frames Page, Order Form,
  15.    Offline Catalog/Order Form and Help Page.
