  8. NOTE: This is "Shareware" software.  This software's 
  9. license will expire 30 days after first use.

  11. LICENSE: At Home Software grants you a non-exclusive, 
  12. non-transferable, royalty-free, copyright license 
  13. subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may copy 
  14. the software and materials associated with this 
  15. agreement ("Materials") onto a single computer for 
  16. your personal noncommercial use. You may not make 
  17. other copies or sell or transfer any part of the 
  18. Materials to any other party. You will not reverse 
  19. engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the 
  20. Materials. Your license expires upon the software 
  21. expiration date 30 days after first use.

  23. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Title to the 
  24. Materials and all copies thereof remains with AT HOME 
  25. SOFTWARE or its suppliers. The Materials are 
  26. copyrighted and are protected by United States laws 
  27. and international treaty provisions. You will not 
  28. remove the copyright notice from the Materials. You 
  29. agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the 
  30. Materials. Except as expressly provided herein, At Home 
  31. Software does not grant any express or implied right to 
  32. you under At Home Software copyrights, trademarks.

  34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED 
  35. "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY 
  36. KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
  37. NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, 
  38. OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL 
  39. AT HOME SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES 
  40. WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS 
  41. OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) 
  42. ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, 
  43. EVEN IF AT HOME SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY 
  44. OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE 
  45. EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR 
  46. INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO 
  47. YOU.

  49. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE: At Home Software may terminate 
  50. this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms of 
  51. this Agreement. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy 
  52. the Materials.

  54. PRIVACY DISCLAIMER:  The user of this software agrees that At 
  55. Home Software and its suppliers will not be held liable for 
  56. any form of privacy invasion that results from the use of this 
  57. software, including that portion of this software that is used 
  58. to send or receive information over the internet or any other 
  59. network system to which the users computer is attached.  At Home 
  60. Software cannot guarantee the userÆs privacy with regards to the 
  61. use of any network system.  Use of this software constitutes 
  62. agreement to this clause.

  64. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement 
  65. between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous 
  66. oral or written agreements.  By using this software, you are 
  67. binded by this agreement.

  69. APPLICABLE LAWS: Any claim arising under or relating to this 
  70. Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, 
  71. without regard to conflict of laws principles. You may not export 
  72. the Materials in violation of applicable export laws and 
  73. regulations.
