The auditors are responsible to give an independent opinion on the reasonableness of the annual financial statements and Group annual financial statements based on their audit of the affairs of the Group. The Audit Committee, which consists of non-executive directors and the Company Secretary, meets at least three times per annum with the Managing Director, the external and internal auditors, as well as some of the members of the Executive Committee, to evaluate matters concerning accounting, internal control, auditing and financial reporting.
