  2. MTALK is an experimental voice-talk system for networked computers.
  3. It uses low bandwith ( approx. 1 KByte/sec) and should work even
  4. on computers with very low connection rates.

  6. You need a LINUX workstation with a soundblaster compatible sound-
  7. card and a microphone. The mtalk-0.1.tgz package includes sources
  8. and binaries.
