  6. Summary:
  7.    There seems to be a problem with the setbkcolor() graphics routine
  8. in conjunction with setcolor() when using black to do the output to
  9. the screen.
  10.    Setbkcolor() functions properly using any combination of foreground
  11. color with any background color except when you use black as the
  12. current foreground color.
  13.    Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Version 5.10.
  14. We are researching this problem and will post new information as
  15. it becomes available.
