  31.   QWS3270 is available FREE of charge to anyone that wants to use it on
  32.   an as is basis (ie no guarantees whatsoever).  Attempts will be made
  33.   to solve reported problems.  Suggestions for enhancements are welcome.
  34.   The inclusion of suggested enhancements will be determined by their
  35.   perceived usefulness to the users at Queen's University.  Source code
  36.   is not available.  These programs are not to be sold or distributed
  37.   with other programs that are for sale without the expressed written
  38.   permission of Queen's University at Kingston.

  43.   QWS3270 is available via anonymous FTP from ftp.ccs.queensu.ca in
  44.   the pub\msdos\tcpip directory as qws3270.zip.  It is also available
