  6. Gin                                2 oz
  7. Lemon juice                   1 oz
  8. Champagne                    to top
  9. Confectioner's sugar       to taste

  11. Preparation:
  12. Pour the gin and lemon juice into an ice-filled
  13. shaker. Shake and strain into a large
  14. champagne saucer. Top with champagne. 
  15. Add sugar to taste
  16. and serve.@Bellini

  18. Ingredients:
  19. Serves 4

  21. Champagne                   1 bottle
  22. Peaches                        4
  23. Confectioner's sugar      to taste

  26. Preparation:
  27. Chill the champagne. Puree the peaches. In 
  28. a punch bowl gently stir the champagne
  29. with the peaches until fully blended.
  30. Serve.@Caribbean Champagne

  33. Dry champagne   4 oz
  34. White rum           1/2 tsp
  35. Banana liqueur     1/2 tsp
  36. Orange bitters      2 dashes
  37. Banana slice        garnish

  40. Preparation:
  41. Mix the champagne, rum, liqueur and bitters
  42. in a mixing glass with crushed ice. Pour
  43. into a champagne saucer. Garnish with 
  44. a banana, slice and serve.
