- Lemon juice 1 oz
- Champagne to top
- Confectioner's sugar to taste

- Preparation:
- Pour the gin and lemon juice into an ice-filled
- shaker. Shake and strain into a large
- champagne saucer. Top with champagne.
- Add sugar to taste

- Peaches 4
- Confectioner's sugar to taste

- Preparation:
- Chill the champagne. Puree the peaches. In
- a punch bowl gently stir the champagne
- with the peaches until fully blended.

- Dry champagne 4 oz
- White rum 1/2 tsp
- Banana liqueur 1/2 tsp
- Orange bitters 2 dashes
- Banana slice garnish

- Mix the champagne, rum, liqueur and bitters
- in a mixing glass with crushed ice. Pour
- into a champagne saucer. Garnish with
- a banana, slice and serve.
