  4. Bourbon                 2 1/2 oz
  5. Fresh mint sprigs  6
  6. Sugar syrup            1/2 oz
  7. Orange slice          1     
  8. Lemon slice          1

  10. Preparation:
  11. Place 5 mint sprigs into a 
  12. Collins glass and add the 
  13. syrup, mixing to coat the 
  14. mint. Add 1 1/2 oz of 
  15. bourbon and stir. Fill the 
  16. glass with ice and the
  17. remaining bourbon. Stir 
  18. well and add the garnishes 
  19. and remaining mint sprig.
