  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. Confectioners' sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Blended whiskey        2 oz
  7. Orange slice              garnish
  8. Maraschino cherry    garnish

  10. Preparation:
  11. Pour the lemon juice, 
  12. whiskey, and sugar into an 
  13. ice-filled mixing glass.
  14. Shake and strain into an ice-
  15. filled sour glass. Add 
  16. garnishes and serve.
  17. Variation: To make an 
  18. Amaretto Sour substitute 
  19. amaretto for whiskey. To
  20. make Rum Sour substitute 
  21. rum for whiskey.
