- Scotch 1 1/2 oz
- Sweet red vermouth 1/2 oz
- Cherry garnish

- Preparation:
- Pour the scotch and
- vermouth into an ice filled
- shaker. Shake and strain
- into a chilled cocktail
- glass. Garnish with
- a cherry and serve.
- Variations: To make a
- Dry Rob Roy substitute
- dry vermouth for sweet
- red vermouth. To make
- a Perfect Rob Roy use
- 1/4 oz dry vermouth,
- 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
- and 1 oz scotch.
