  8. White or brown creme de 
  9. cacao                   1 oz
  10. Light cream        1 oz
  11. Nutmeg    garnish

  13. Preparation:
  14. Pour the liquids into an
  15. ice-filled shaker. Shake and 
  16. strain into a cocktail glass.
  17. Sprinkle with nutmeg and 
  18. serve.
  19. Variation: To make 
  20. Brandy alexander 
  21. substitute brandy for gin.
