  5. Angostura bitters      1 dash
  6. Chilled Champagne   to fill
  7. Slice of orange and cherry
  8.   garnish

  11. Soak the sugar with the bitters
  12. and place in a Champagne 
  13. glass. Top  with champagne
  14. and garnish.
