  4. Grapefruit juice  1 oz
  5. Orange juice        1/2 oz
  6. Lemon juice        1/4 oz
  7. Gomme syrup     1/2 oz
  8. Soda water           to top
  9. Salt
  10. Mint                     garnish

  12. Preparation:
  13. Shake all the ingredients, 
  14. apart from the soda, in a 
  15. shaker. Strain into a highball
  16. glass filled with crushed ice.
  17. Stir in the soda. Garnish 
  18. with mint.
