  5. Peppermint schnapps 1 oz
  6. Fresh mint sprig         1

  8. Preparation:
  9. Vigorously shake the 
  10. brandy and schnapps with 
  11. lots of ice. Strain into a
  12. cocktail glass or serve on 
  13. the rocks. Garnish with 
  14. mint and serve.
  15. Variation: To make a Vodka
  16. Stinger (also known as a 
  17. White Spider) substitute 
  18. vodka for the brandy. To 
  19. make a Gin Stinger 
  20. substitute gin for the 
  21. brandy. To make a Whisky 
  22. Stinger substitute whisky 
  23. for the brandy.
