  5. Pineapple juice           3-4 oz
  6. Cream of coconut       2 oz
  7. Light cream, optional 1/2 oz
  8. Pineapple garnish, optional

  11. Pour the rum, juice, and 
  12. cream of coconut into a 
  13. blender with a handful of
  14. shaved ice and mix well. 
  15. Serve over ice in a collins 
  16. glass and garnish with
