  3. Lime wedges              2
  4. Granulated sugar to frost
  5. Brandy                        1 1/2 oz
  6. Triple Sec                   1/2 oz
  7. Fresh lime juice         1 oz
  8. Confectioners' sugar 1 tsp
  9. Egg white                    1/2

  12. Preparation:
  13. Rub the edge of a cocktail 
  14. glass with one lime wedge 
  15. and frost the rim with
  16. granulated sugar. Pour the 
  17. brandy, triple sec, lime 
  18. juice, egg white, and
  19. confectioners' sugar into a 
  20. shaker with ice. Shake and 
  21. strain into the cocktail 
  22. glass. Garnish with the 
  23. remaining lime wedge and 
  24. serve.
