- Granulated sugar to frost
- Brandy 1 1/2 oz
- Triple Sec 1/2 oz
- Fresh lime juice 1 oz
- Confectioners' sugar 1 tsp
- Egg white 1/2

- Preparation:
- Rub the edge of a cocktail
- glass with one lime wedge
- and frost the rim with
- granulated sugar. Pour the
- brandy, triple sec, lime
- juice, egg white, and
- confectioners' sugar into a
- shaker with ice. Shake and
- strain into the cocktail
- glass. Garnish with the
- remaining lime wedge and
- serve.
