Devil in a Blue Dress is a group project for Marathon created by many volunteers throughout the Marathon community. It is a completely new scenario that uses the Marathon 1 engine, but exists in a reality far removed from Bungie's original creation. It consists of 20 all-new, carefully prepared and tested levels, with an intricate storyline, original artwork, and some neat little perks. It has been four months in the making, and is the product of the hard work and input of over thirty people.

Included with the Devil in a Blue Dress bundle is the DevilAbout application. This is a FAT application (runs 68K and PowerPC native) which provides scrolling credits of this project. It also displays the custom splash screens which have been incorporated into the shapes file. This is the stand-alone application which has all the PICTs loaded in its resource, so it does not require the Devil in a Blue Dress bundle to display all the screens.
Instructions: Use the left and right arrows for immediate paging through screens, use the up and down arrows for scroll speed control, type L to loop the soundtrack (i.e., continuous play) and press the mouse button to quit.
*** Source Code ***
Included here for Pascal programmers everywhere is the source code to DevilAbout. The source code demonstrates scrolling movie credits against hi-res background pictures. The pictures are what make the whole package so large, but I think you get the whole effect by including them, so I left them in.
