  4. This program selects a quote at random from a text file. If Macintalk is present, you may speak the quote.

  8. Selection of the first, previous, next, last, random or numbered quote.
  9. Selection of voice, font and font size for each window, or of their defaults when no windows are open.
  10. Undo of changes in the selected quote, voice, font and font size.
  11. Multiple resizable windows.
  12. Movable modal dialogs for the about command and the goto quote command.
  13. Copying of the selected quote to the clipboard.
  14. Balloon help.

  16. The file format of a document is plain-text with a blank line between each quote. Individual quotes are limited to 32K in size. An index to the beginning of each quote is stored as a resource in the document.

  18. The Save, Save As… and Quotes Help commands have not been implemented.

  22. System 6.0.7 or later. The program has been tested on a Macintosh Classic with System 6.0.7 and a Macintosh Quadra 660av with System 7.5.1.
