  1. HOW YOU BUY OOFILE
  2. OOFILE is sold as full source code on a royalty-free basis per programmer seat,
  3. which matches the c-tree royalty rules. This includes delivery of both single
  4. and multi-user products (multi-user using file locking).

  6. You can buy:
  7. 1) The OOFILE core database 
  8. (with bundled c-tree as an option, but many customers already have c-tree).
  9.  
  10. 2) A character/HTML report-writer
  11.  
  12. 3) A GUI report-writer, which includes 2)
  13.  
  14. 4) An integration kit, that ties OOFILE closely to an application framework such as MFC or PowerPlant.

  17. SPECIAL BUNDLES
  18. Platform Bundles. These include all the above at a reduced price. All integration kits for the specified platform are included 
  19. (eg: if we do zApp, OWL and MFC for Windows, you get all 3).

  21. Starter Bundle. For $5 more than the cost of c-tree, you get the OOFILE core
  22. database bundled with c-tree. Your starter bundle price is fully credited
  23. against any full subscriptions you then take out.
